These projects entailed the testing, adjusting, and balaning of newly constructed large industrial cleanroom production facilities.Ìý Each of these buildings has aÌýlarge and complex mechanical system including large central station VAV air handling units, large central station cleanroom air handling units, cooling only teminal units, fan powered terminal units equipped with hot water reheat, numerous fan powered and non-fan powered HEPA filters, primary-secondary chilled water sytems, and hot water reaheating systems.

This project consisted of the construction of a large new classroom and office building. ÌýSystems tested include chilled and heating water systems, very large central station air handling systems, terminal units with hot water reheat, chilled beams, and exhaust systems. Ìý
